FAQs

Check our opening times before you visit. Buy early to avoid disappointment. Please note that tickets are only available for purchase until midnight the day before your planned visit.

 

How do I receive my ticket if I buy online?

You will receive an e-ticket sent to the email address you provide when your purchase is complete. You must bring this e-ticket with you on the date you select.

 

How do I know if my order has been successful?

At the end of your purchase and once payment has been confirmed, your screen will display your e-ticket. You will receive another copy of your e-ticket sent to the email address you provided.

 

What payment options do you accept?

To purchase tickets online or at the door, we accept both debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron and JCB.

 

Is your ticket site secure?

Yes it is a fully secure site. When you reach the payment section of the site, you will enter a secure area (https://) and your personal information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to process your credit/debit card transactions. To protect you against credit card fraud, you will be asked to enter the unique security code on the back of your card.

 

Who do I contact if I have problems purchasing my tickets online?

Can I exchange or refund my ticket?

No. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

Ticket information

National Trust members: National Trust members get free admission. They must show their membership card at the door in order to receive a ticket.

Green tickets: Green tickets are available at the door if you walk, cycle, use public transport or the Park and Ride facility from local village of Bushmills to get to the Giant’s Causeway.

Children: Children under 5 get free admission but they must hold a ticket.

Family tickets: Family tickets include two adults and up to three children under the age of 17.

Disabled visitors: Disabled visitors to the Giant’s Causeway are entitled to a free ticket for their carer.
